FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility & Participation

  • Members Only: This Promotion is open exclusively to Sports Direct members - Sign up Here before you make an online purchase.

  • Marketing Opt-In: As the Reward Voucher is delivered via email, customers must be opted-in to receive marketing communications from Sports Direct at the time of the transaction. Customers not subscribed to marketing emails will not receive a Voucher.

2. Promotion Period The Promotion commences at 12:01 AM AEDT on Tuesday, 23 December 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on Sunday, 04 January 2026 ("Promotion Period").

3. Qualifying Transactions To qualify for a $30 Reward Voucher ("Voucher"), customers must spend $150 AUD or more in a single transaction during the Promotion Period.

  • Exclusions: The purchase of Gift Cards and delivery fees/shipping charges do not count toward the $150 spend requirement.

  • Online Orders: The $150 threshold applies to the final product value after discounts are applied.

  • In-Store Purchases: The transaction must be completed at the Sports Direct Fountain Gate store.

4. Voucher Issuance and Delivery Vouchers will be delivered via email to the address registered to the Member account.

  • In-Store Purchases: The Voucher will be emailed the day following the transaction.

  • Online Orders: The Voucher will be emailed the day after the order has been fulfilled (shipped).

5. Voucher Redemption & Expiry

  • Expiry Date: All Vouchers expire strictly on 31 March 2026. Vouchers cannot be extended or re-issued.

  • Single Use: The Voucher must be used in a single transaction. If the transaction value is less than $30, the remaining balance is forfeited and will not be retained or refunded.

  • No Cross-Channel Redemption:

  • Vouchers earned via Online purchases are redeemable only online at sportsdirect.com.au.

  • Vouchers earned via In-Store purchases are redeemable only in-store at Sports Direct Fountain Gate.

6. Returns and Refunds If a customer returns an item (for reasons other than a fault/warranty claim) and the return causes the total value of the qualifying products in the original transaction to fall below the $150 threshold, the following rules apply:

  • If the Voucher has NOT been used: The Voucher will be immediately voided and cancelled.

  • If the Voucher HAS been used: The value of the Voucher ($30) will be deducted from the refund amount due for the returned item(s).

7. General

  • Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase Gift Cards.

  • Sports Direct reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and opt-in status.
