Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is [Sports Direct Australia legal entity name and ABN] (Promoter).

2. Promotional Period

The promotion commences on Saturday 24 October 2026 at the opening of Sports Direct Miranda and concludes on Sunday 25 October 2026 at 6:00pm AEDT (Promotional Period).

3. Eligibility

3.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are registered Sports Direct members.

3.2. Existing Sports Direct members and customers who join the membership program before making an eligible purchase during the Promotional Period may enter.

3.3. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter, eligible Sports Direct members must make a purchase in-store at Sports Direct Miranda during the Promotional Period and identify themselves as a member at checkout.

4.2. No minimum spend applies.

4.3. Each eligible transaction automatically constitutes one entry into the draw.

4.4. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry relates to a separate eligible transaction.

4.5. No separate competition registration or QR code scan is required.

4.6. Online purchases and purchases made at other Sports Direct stores are excluded.

5. Prize

5.1. One (1) winner will receive a $500 AUD Sports Direct gift card.

5.2. The total prize pool is $500 AUD.

5.3. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

5.4. Standard Sports Direct gift card terms and conditions apply.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

6.2. The draw will take place on Monday 26 October 2026.

6.3. The winner will be notified by email on Monday 26 October 2026 using the email address associated with their Sports Direct membership.

6.4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winner's eligibility and qualifying transaction before awarding the prize.

7. Prize Claim

7.1. The winner must respond to the notification email and provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility and facilitate prize delivery.

7.2. If the prize remains unclaimed after the notified claim period, the Promoter may conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable laws.

8. General Conditions

8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, invalid or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

8.2. The Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable laws.

8.3. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Privacy

9.1. Personal information will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the prize.

9.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

9.3. Participation in the promotion does not constitute additional consent to receive marketing communications.
